1. Booking & Payment
All tours must be booked and paid in full online at the time of reservation. Once payment is completed, the booking is considered confirmed.
2. Confirmation
After payment, customers will receive an email confirmation with all essential tour details. The confirmation email serves as proof of booking. No physical or digital voucher is required. The Terms & Conditions are included with the confirmation email.
3. Meeting Point & Punctuality
Customers are required to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in the loss of the tour without refund.
4. Dress Code
For tours involving religious sites such as St. Peter’s Basilica, appropriate dress is mandatory. Shoulders and knees must be covered. Entry may be denied by site security if dress code is not respected.
5. Changes & Cancellations
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.
6. Safety & Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own safety during the tour. I Love Tours is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages occurring during the activity, except in cases of gross negligence.
7. Changes Due to External Factors
Tours may be modified or canceled due to events beyond our control, including security restrictions, site closures, or extraordinary circumstances. In such cases, suitable alternatives or refunds will be offered.
